IMG Monkey is a 100% free image hosting provider which allows uploading images, and then direct linking the images on message boards, eBay auctions, blogs, forums, and other web sites. The file size limit is 10mb. The "Transload from URL" option allows you to input the URL of a file already hosted on the Internet, and the file is uploaded from there. File types allowed: jpeg, bmp, png, gif. Active images stay hosted on the Image Monkey server forever, but are removed if not used for a year. Hotlinking is allowed. The image bandwidth is unmetered, however there are "fair usage" policies.
