"My Share File" is a free file hosting and file sharing service to share your audio, video, document, photos or other file types. 150 MB size limit. Files will be deleted after 30 days of inactivity. When uploading files, you can provide file description and optional recipient emails. The provided download link after uploading goes to a webpage with a 20-second delay counter (and ads, of course) and the real download location. Make sure you copy the download URL, because it cannot be displayed again. Has a DMCA policy for getting copyrighted works removed from their server.

Big file size support is an excellent feature. It would be good if there is status bar showing the percent of file uploaded during uploading. I just started using and would highly recommend. Download speed is acceptable, but of course it would be great if this speed can be further increased.

Fast downloads and uploads. I haven't yet noticed any problems. The reason I gave this a 9 rating is because of the amount of boxes that have to be filled in (and an unnecessary description box) before uploading. There is also a 30 second counter before you can download.
