"Rapid Sharing .com" provides free file hosting of most filetypes (except JPG, GIF, and PHP files) up to 1 GB in size (multiple archives allowed). Can be used for free hosting of audio/music/sound, video, Flash, images, and compressed archive files, incuding these file types: ZIP, RAR, TAR, WAV, MP3, AVI, SWF, MP4, MOV, MID, torrent files, etc. The custom file-uploading script lets you optionally send the download link to several friends at once. The download web page has a few ads, a download counter, and a delay counter (25 seconds) before the link to download your uploaded file is displayed. If the remotely hosted files are not downloaded for 30 days, they expire and are deleted from the server. RapidSharing.com currently redirects to file.sc (See File.sc reviews).

Rapidsharing is very easy to use, clear and easy for anyone to use. I havent used rapidsharing for very long, but from the time I have I would reccomend it. Its only negative point is when they were moving servers, sometimes no up or downloads were available, but this is not really a fault so it's easily forgivible. Only a usually a 15 second countdown to download files..quicker than most others. One very great point is it keeps files for 60 days if no one downloads it. The best I've found is 30 days, so 60 is fantastic! Keep it free of adds and popups please. Rapid Sharing has my vote for the best hoster I have used so far.
