It provides free image webhosting for your pictures and photos - hotlinking is allowed. No signup is required, but is optional for improved image management and online photo album). You can use anywhere, such as ebay auctions, forums, websites, blogs, etc. Automatically creates thumbnails and codes for forums and web sites. This free hosting website is hosted on reliable dedicated linux servers. Limitations: File size limit: 2.5 MB (1MB for GIFs); File extensions allowed: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .tif, .tiff files; Unlimited storage period for pics that receive at least one hit per month; You cannot store more than 500 pics at a time per user (you can delete stored pictures).

Very reliable in my experience. Been using it for about four months. Speed seems to be okay. I use it for sigs, avatars, etc. for message boards. Had one minor problem, received very prompt help from a real human being.
I like being able to delete files I no longer need/want. It would be nice if images could stay up longer without being acessssed, like at ImageShack.us but 30 days is more than long enough for free; similarly, it would be nice to be able to upload multiple files in one go, but again that's a small inconvenience in exchange for a free host. I've recommended it to others and I'll continue to do so.
