A decent host with plenty of free file space! The restrictions make the host almost useless for running forums like phpBB though. You cannot use sendmail functions in PHP, and there are no socket functions, among other things. I wrote support about this but have not heard back as of yet. Also, there is no TOS on their site. The link seen during registration is a 404 error.
