THIS IS THE most simple and easy to use free website hosting provider EVER! And I'm not just sayng thaat! I had absolutely no difficulty in signing up or recieving the email (3.4 seconds to be exact!). No popups (maybe it was the popup blocker ) The only downside is that I had to try sooo many providers just to find it! It even gives you links to free software (well, some are free) for your free web site.
