i had an account there for almost 3 years and never had any problems with them. Lately it got deleted because i did not update it for over 12 month I'm not angry about that, they state it clear enough and it was probably accessed very rarely lately.

If you don't recieve a signup confirmation, it could be they refused your account. They might refuse it without notice even if only the name is a bit fishy ..and they DO read your content for conformance. They are strict, but if you have nothing to hide it always was a very good server.

okay. I registered with these people about a week ago.
in their FAQs they state that I should get my registration, passwords and other info that I will need to start my site within 2 days. I still haven't heard from them! I really don't know what is going on...i have heard such great reviews about this webhost from other reviewers. I am more than a little bit put off by them. Most webhosts have automatic sign up and a fairly quick response to registration time (like 10 minutes)--it doesn't seem like anyone running this webhost service is really doing anything!
I would actually give this webhost a -10, but the lowest option available here was a 1.
