I'm dutch and I think it's a great service, they provide very good support and a free mySQL database, php, cgi and NO BANNERS!!, sometimes they are a little bit slow but they're just beginning so i think that will be improved. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone not dutch, but for the dutch: THIS IS THE BEST!!

The host itself is good but the site is in dutch... to apply for a website you have to call a number and they will supply you with a code
the phone call cost a lil money but other than that you are set.
A good host but if you don't live in The Netherlands it's quite useless as the site is in Dutch and the number you call is spoken in the dutch language.
