Fast enough; that's considering the web sites are a bit heavy on load. I do recommend this free webhosting service for its easy method and easy uploading. Can't complain about the bandwith either, and yes, webhost support is pretty good. I have been able to find some fine sites and help needed.

AtSpace proves to be a reliable host: I never noticed no downtime, and it's fast and easy to use. Their unlimited bandwidth is what first attracted me to move my web site over to AtSpace, and in addition they're NOT forcing adds upon you. That is really cool! Their services completely meet my needs and I would recommend them with pleasure!
