This host is great. Although it does limit the file sizes to 200kb, this is not a problem as you can use a file host to host your large files such as hostitwith.us. Also the fact that you get a subdomain is good. you can make it even shorter by using a service such as smartdots.com. I have experienced 0% downtime so far.

Atspace rocks! It's the most reliable free internet hosting service I've used. And it's got plenty of storage space, 50Megs. I use it for all my websites. The main thing that I would like to see improved about the service is limited upload size. I understand that they limit the max upload size to 200Kb so that people don't use it for a mass storage site and abuse the free service. But, I think that 200Kb is a little too small. Sometimes I have to overcompress files to get them to fit under the 200Kb mark, thus sacrificing quality.

I like it, it's a cool place to publish my web site! This server satisfies almost all my needs  but if there was scripting it would be the greatest free server ever! But after all I like it that way.

I just signed up at AtSpace.com a few days ago. At first, everything went smoothly, but a few hours later, problems began to happen. When I changed my mind about subdomain / vhost names, I couldn't recreate them. They had no customer support service or contact information, so the only way I could contact them was reply to the welcome e-mail I received. Then I had to sign up for an account at the forum so I could post my problem and send a PM to the webmater. For awhile, the replies were quick, and things were fixed. Now I am having problems loading webpages again. A few times I thought something was wrong had been due to my not knowing the functions. They don't provide clear instructions or information for the host and webs functions, and they don't have a help section, just a faq that doesn't answer enough questions. This service doesn't seem fit for beginners, and seems to have many problems.

Although they dropped the ball on getting my password to me the first time, they got it to me right away the second time. I configured the web space and uploaded my site in minutes. Excellent.
