This free web hosting server is excellent. I've tried FRandT, they didn't even work with my domain name like they said they would. with Atspace, it authenticates that you've changed your nameserver; if not, they'll tell you. After 1 day DNS change waiting (more like 10 hours) my domain is already working. The 50MB is not bad. If you wish to host lots of images (like me) plan on getting an account with imageshack. The only thing on this site that isn't so swell is the kb limit on the ftp upload, but I will only be placing htdocs in there, so it'll be fine. Fast, easy, completely free, no forced ads. This free web site is great.

This is the only free webserver I have found that doesn't require you to host an ad or beg in their forum. Very satisfied. Fast server and no downtime that I know of.

Signup was quick and straightforward, speed could be a little better, and my site was down for almost a day last week. The web-based file manager is very basic and doesn't allow things like renaming or replacing with updated versions of files. So you have to delete the original version then upload a new one. Had a few problems uploading files with CuteFTP, quite often I have to try sending files a few times. If you want a quick to setup basic page which you don't need to update very often, you could do a lot worse than AtSpace.
