AtSpace.com is the Best I have used. It was straightforward to setup, Files uploaded in seconds and there are no banners, ads nothing. Its great and its free. Atspace.com rocks.

positive aspects (and these can't be emphasized enough):
absolutely NO BANNERS OR ADS of any kind.
as many domain names as you want (i currently have 3 "yourname.atspace.com" addresses).
free pop3 email (cant send yet though).
easy to use.
only negative aspect thus far is the filesize limit (200k). but even with that, for the webpages ive put up it has not been a problem.

Finally I found a free host that is fast and without adds! Also registering was just done in 5 seconds! (wich I can't say of others I've tried)
