Sign up for free hosting was down for a few days and now is back. FTP is fast. But my bandwidth exceeded although "default unlimited bandwidth" is seen offered. Still don't know what exactly the bandwidth for free web hosting is.

SSI and PHP Version 4.3.3 tested okay. Cpanel has about everything you could want. Just upgraded to 110 MB. The setup was manual and took a few emails, so I don't see how they will be able to accept everyone. Your url is like:
