it's just a pain! the site makes you look at some other sites before you register, when actually registrating after 30 minutes of looking at plain nonsense you get a cheap webspot that floods your email box with spam.

you sign up, to get your site you have to surf some sites. two days after they said they would get back to me about my site, I haven't heard from them.

In order to signup for the free webhosting account you must first visit at least 20 pages in their traffic exchange system. I have also noticed the following. When i visited the first page of those "20 pages" I saw this:
This member's 12-hour bandwidth limit has been exceeded.
I dont know how much this "12-hour bandwith" is.
But this a negative point on this webhost. For the rest of it, looks all good. Giving it a 7/10 rating score.

There is a two stage setup which can be a little confusing. First you get an account, then you set up your free web site. There is a wait for the website to get set up. Once you are done, though, the server works great.
