Overall, the free service is terrible. It has a built in .css file, which hampers your ability to change .css qualities. Lightning quick servers but different software would benefit them big time!

SSI and PHP Version 4.3.2 work (safe_mode is off). You can upload many files at once. In the editor is a box to check to "Parse server-side include statements." Was automatic for SSI file though.
