Now has switched to paid hosting only, and their "partners" page is gone (error 404). I would not trust this company.

The free plan has added features, but now requires requesting free hosting on their forum. The free web hosting plan has php, msql, perl, cgi and almost everything. It has same features as their paid plans, which is everything but ASP.
