It's not really free if you have to pay! It now requires a $5 refundable deposit.

Quote from their website:

"Due to constant abuse of our services we have been forced to introduce the following policy changes.

(1) We now require each new member to pay a one time refundable deposit of $5 US Dollars which is payed instantly via all major credit cards or online check.

(2) This deposit will be refunded after a period of six months by request by the member as long as they have held the account for six months and not broken any of the Dreamwater Free Web Space terms and conditions.

(3) After your online transaction has been approved you will be taken to our signup page where you will enter your account details.

(4) Each new account will be approved within 24 hours and you will recieve confirmation via email that your account is now active."
