I wrote the first review of ElectedHosting below. They finally deleted my web site without notice. They are not so reliable as I think now. And they are not offering free hosting to anyone anymore, only paid hosting for $15/year. They were just testing their server by giving away some free hosting accounts. That's what I think. If you still have a website with them, I suggest you backup your database every day.

Elected Hosting offers a very generous package to those of you who want free hosting. My site was hosted by Elected for about 2 weeks before they terminated it without notice. Not only are you uninformed of their actions, but their lack of respect to my inquiries only resulted with one thought: they may be generous by offering such a nice free hosting package, but they are not credible enough to host my website. When you choose to have your website hosted by Elected, be careful. Not all their requirements are stated on their website, so be very careful, otherwise your website will suffer from their fault.

Good website but not looking professional. Below are some strict terms which should be decreased. on the one site it says 3GB space and on the other site prohibited all type of multimedia, even WAV files which is part of the webpages - amazing.
Prohibited:
Files: *.bmp, *.mp3, *.avi, *.wav, *.midi, or any other multimedia-files
Redistributing/plagiarazing copyrighted and/or license material
StIcKy CaPs and/or sms-language
No *.EXE-FILES!

Ikonboard

bindshell
lstmrge.cgi

XMB Boards are not banned, but they do not advise people to use it due to exploit and security holes. They recommend using phpbb instead.

I just signed up for this web hosting. The site is definately incomplete, however it seems once again, the underdog is better. What a fair plan. Plenty of free web space, plenty of bandwidth and all the email and ftp accounts I could ever need. unlimited. as long as you have a dns, you are all set. pop over to godaddy and pick up a domain and park it on this host. unbelievable free web hosting plan!

So far so good. They have got a fast server. What they offer is also very good; 50GB bandwith and 3GB space. However they do not offer support for the free hosting. Not a problem for me since I never ask for support. Also they only accept those who can communicate properly in english. Strange terms they have got.
