Fast signup, no ads yet, All language sites allowed, in the format: /you, but they have a link cloaker too at: http://tiny.eqqu.com/ to use, so enter in your link there and get a short url to promote your site with. Great service, helpdesk, free email. this is a good option.

Signup was instant, server is very fast, and there are no ads yet, although they seemingly plan to add them soon. The email requires a separate signup. Your free website URL looks like http://freehosting.eqqu.com/you/
