Is there a secret to getting in the first 10? I've been applying for this free hosting for the better part of a week now.  Also their server is down now.

Signup confirmation email took quite a while, but finally came with minimal info: just the FTP server, username, and password. Definitely not recomended for newbies. Your files should be FTPed to the /htdocs/ folder, and your free subdomain looks like http://your-username.euroinformatics.net/
The webserver is very fast, and there are no ads placed on the hosted webpages. SSI and PHP Version 4.3.2 tested okay. The number of signups is limited to 10 users per day. Their home page claimed it supported ASP and Microsoft Access databases, but I uploaded 5 different ASP test pages (very simple, basic ones), and they all gave error messages. I didn't try Perl. Their website is incredibly plain, with no contact info, so I doubt it will last long. This host previously offered a similar free hosting plan (with banners and 100 MB free web space) in December of 2002, but was delisted after one day for some reason.
