This is by far the most excellent free web hosting service out there.  You get 60MB of space, which is plenty for the home user like myself.  The site is always up, the ad banner is miniscule, no annoying pop-ups like geocities or yahoo...wonderful, just wonderful!

>I love it, easy to use (but I gave it not 10 but 9 since me as a complete internet idiot have some troubles to know how to use all the things included in the hosting). If it was just a bit more "pedagogical" with my questions more easily found on the page I would rate it 10!
Like: how much space have I got left? Can I use a counter?

>I would definately recommend it and I have already!

> I have used it since mid July 2004. But I a friend who has used it for longer and I liked it then already.

> It has been 100% reliable for me, no downtime to my knowledge.

>I find it very fast and also the other fateback site i know of.

>That is my problem, I don't really know what I can do with my account except for loading pages and pics and stuff (but like I told you, I am an internet idiot just trying to keep a decent page...

Very good but a little hard to get used to.

In order to be more consistent you need to put more information in the FAQ section regarding your free accounts; it would help people determine if your service is feasible for them (without all the hassle of signing up and experimenting, that's a TIME WASTER!). Some of the information that needs to be added is:

1. maximum file-size for a single uploaded file.

2. What types of files AREN'T allowed (i.e. .mp3, .zip, etc.).

In short PUT IT ALL UP FRONT, that way people can decide before registering!

Thanks so much for the customer support! It was incredibly helpful. This site look so neat for building a website, and doesn't have that huge load of advertising that some other hosting servers have.

Everything on this site seems very professional, nice and tidy.. everything. Except that you fail to mention that max file size is 200kb!!! Then your service is useless to me, and I have wasted my time.

Excellent. Was up and running in just 10 minute. Fast and easy to use.

This has been a great service for the year or so that I have used it, but then the service went down hill when fateback decided that they had to insert useless banners on my site.  If they want to advertise try pop-ups, they won't destroy page formats.
