i am delighted that FateBack provides me with ads-free webhosting service with 60mb storage area. Moreover it provides ftp hosting which provides a convenient way of uploading files. Some add-on features like pop3 email accounts even strengthen the service. However the 200kb-file-size limit had obstructed me to upload some photos for my web page.

Well, I have to praise Fateback for it's performance in keeping webpages 99% uptime.
But there's a place the group could look into and that is the uploading of files. There has been several occasions where I tried uploading some files and messages appeared, stating that I do not have the necessary permission to upload files into my root directory. Why is this so?
At the same time, please brush up the response time for the customer support group...
The overall performance is commendable. Keep it up!

FateBack is the best free web hosting, by far. It'd be nice to be able to upload larger files but everything else is just great: it's reliable, fast, you have FTP, 60Mb and no annoying ads... plus, you can host unlimited sites. Everything works fine. I've been using it for months and I absolutely recommend it.
