After submitting info for registration, the next web page paused for about a minute (wait for it), and then returned account info for FTP and MySQL databases (also emailed), followed by several PHP warning error messages (seemingly nothing critical, as all works okay). PHP5 (Version 5.1.6) and SSI worked, and a CGI-BIN is provided for CGI scripts. FTP uploaded quickly, and webpages seemed to load instantly - very fast! There are no banners ads, textlinks, or anything added to free web pages (at least yet). There is no control panel or phpmyadmin preloaded, so not recommended for newbie webmasters. Free websites in any latin-characters languages (such as English, Spanish, and French) are allowed, but not otherwise. MP3 files are banned, and so all uploads of MP3s will be automatically removed from the web server, so if you need those, use in connection with a free file hosting site. Overall it is good free PHP/MySQL hosting services for experienced webmasters, but not for beginners.
