This webhost is the best! Had troubles signing up in firefox, but IE worked fine.. signed up in 10 secs! Finally my long and brutal search for a free web host came to an end!

The best host I've come across yet on the site! To register a new account, you dont even have to leave the main page! Sign up requires 0 email activations or anything! You get literally activation in 10 seconds! The control panel is clean looking and user friendly! Uploading speeds could be better, but overall this is an amazing host! One problem I have, is I am still not sure how much bandwidth you get, or what exactly each account features. However, this dosen't entirely effect me at this point. Thanks Free Host Central! YOU ROCK!

PHP Version 4.3.9 and SSI work. You can upload 5 files at once. It places Google ads at top (contrary to claim on their home page saying "NO BANNERS ads at all!").
