Excellent host. I had my website up instantly, very fast and professional. This host is based in Australia. I believe they are the only free hosting provider in Australia.

It uses the Layered Panel cpanel (similar to some other free web hosting web sites), and their home page says their servers are located in Brisbane, Australia on 100Mb lines. There is a forum post where they say they are giving free domain names:
"As an introductory offer, we are willing to offer 1 free .com/.net/.org domain with 1 year registration of your choice. Simply get 5 of your friends to sign up with us, and at least 1 of them setup a website on that account, and we will GIVE YOU A DOMAIN NAME FREE."
