Great service! When they say free hosting, they truly mean it--your site isn't plastered with banner ads. Reliable host with consistent transfer rates. Fast!!!

You access your account via their control panel, which is web based and really easy to use. For a small start up fee you get bundles of extras such as 5 email accounts, 5 MySQL accounts (which you can use to host your own chat rooms and forums) as well as loads of CGIs that can just be cut and pasted into your site's code. At the bottom of the home page is a 'documentation' link, the page tells you pretty much anything you need to know about how to use your site. If you have any problems you simply log on to their site and post a 'ticket' which they repond to pretty quickly, my query was answered within a few hours. For a one off fee of $15 you can't really complain.

I was very pleased to receive replies very quickly from Freelyhosted when I enquired about changing my account's MX record. They were very helpful in explaining what the changes were and how they would be made and what other steps I would have to take. They also outlined alternative measures. I have never seen a host that's so helpful!
