When I finally went trough the very, very slow, loading of the pages that had hardly any content other than 7 words to fill in, I was able only then to read the sign:
"Only accepting US based accounts for registration".
I could faster load up a pickup truck than the pages were loading half of this text I wrote here.

World's slowest server - each page of the file manager usually took about 10 minutes to load!!! Hopefully they will get that fixed. You can upload 10 to 100 files at once.
