It is always or most of the time down, like 75%, so your web pages only appear about 25% of the day.  It is fast server, but its always down, so it is annoying to have such an unstable host. I think the other positive comments are from their webmaster.

It was a little bit slow sometimes when it was up, but their website and all free websites hosted by it are dead now - no longer working. Too bad, as it did offer 5,000 MB free web space hosting with no ads, 50,000 MB/month bandwidth limit, LayeredPanel free web site panel, a file size limit of 8 MB, MySQL database, and instant account activation.

Not bad, though applications are rather slow. So far, it has had no downtime. There are a total of 3 MySQL databases allowed, which is not much compared to some other freehost sites, though the most I have ever used anywhere was 2 databases. Overall, it is quite a good host.

The best one.  You get 5 GB disk space storage for storing files for your website, and up to 50 GB data transfer limit (website traffic bandwidth).

Great host, and their support is awesome! The freehosting admin takes time to answer support requests fast, and he promised he will add more and more webmaster tools! Nothing but cool here.
