Banners are on top of 50% of pages, and other 50% of pages have no ads. On pages with no ads, invisible text and form (messed up html) are at the top of the page in a small white box. This is an attempt to remove the Muttle banners, so if you have a white background, it appears there are no ads. Your site is on a different domain than the signup form. It should have FTP soon -- you can enable it in the webmanager.
