File types allowed are: .htm, .html, .txt, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .mid

File manager allows uploading 5 or 10 files at once.
If you add their "BannerCode" to your main page, you qualify for 20MB's and have the popup removed. The code adds a small text link to them and 5 sites in the levels above you, and then you can have up to 15,625 links back to you if you get enough people to sign up under you (by clicking on the link to them from that page). Upgrade took about 1 day to process, and is seemgingly checked manually.
The free host main features are just a little better than average, but the link exchange system by using their bannercode looks promising. Recommended.
