This Portuguese free host (PortalAçores - acores.sapo.pt/freeweb/) seems to have died -- most of the links on the freehosting page cause error 404 (such as the freehosting registration and directory listings), and their Alexa rank shows a constant decrease since their peak last January, though still very high. It only claims to offer a tiny 5 MB web space for file storage, with a popup ad on your hosted webpages, /dir/you homepage, and a few basic scripts (WebMail form, guestbook, and forum) with website statistics and RealAudio/RealVideo media files allowed. The free server may come back, but it is definitely useless if you cannot read or translate the Portuguese language to sign up.
