This free website hosting site is my personal best favorite. I use it for hosting my music that I share with my friends. I am thinking about getting a proffsional hosting account so that when my studio is completed I can send my music files to the local radio stations.

I like that RipWay is easy to use, but all my friends, and probably me too, are going to photobucket and myfilehut.com. Everyone HATES how Ripway LOCKS your ACCOUNT for that 24hr period, just because you accidently uploaded too much and exceed the very low bandwidth limits.

Ripway's free hosting service is very good. users have lots of space. The site is developing and becoming more flexible. Though right now it is hard to understand how to use some of the site's tools, but overall I would use Ripway over any other free site hosting service.

Ripway is an excellent free web page hosting service. I have tried many other free webpage hosts, and in all honesty, they were poor. Ripway allows all the files I need, has generous webspace and bandwidth allowance, and good speedy customer support. I am considering purchasing Premium hosting. I would reccommend to anyone looking for free hosting services to sign up with Ripway.

Well honestly I only rated it a 5 because I am new at this. But so far I was elated that I could put personal files on my website free. However, learning the hard way as I learn more on how this works, I am sure I will increase my satisfaction and am certainly willing to tell others about it.

Ripway has smooth, direct service, and even with the low bandwidth limit (30mb/day), still their 24 hour service has never failed me. I have even coaxed much of my classmates to use Ripway as a free space host for their html files. More power to ripway! May we have unlimited bandwidth soon!

My review on rip way is: I love the service because not only do you get the account for free, but you also have the option of doing blogs to get more free hosting with a nice blog.  I have already recommended a few people already.  I feel that we should get recognition for referring friends and family. Well maybe in the future!

I had no idea there was a daily allotment for bandwidth. I merely followed the directions to get some of my music files on Myspace. let me know how to cancel this thing and close my account. What good is it if people cannot hear the song?

I think this is a great service. I am learning how to use flash, and Ripway allows me to display and use my smaller completed flash files on an actual website. I also can store music for use on my personal page. it is great for beginners. I do wish it allowed more bandwith per day usage, but it works.

I signed up for the web hosting free account as a test for the premium service. No Mp3 file that plays fine from my hard drive using Windows Media Player will play back after uploading it to Ripway. Media player error is that the file extension is not recognized or that the Ripway site utilizes incompatible compressing methods. I was not impressed at all at the unreliability.
