It is pretty good hosting server. The free users would like to have more file space and coding programs though.

Honestly I really appreciate their freehosting service, although it only gives users 30 MB of free storage spaces and 150 MB bandwidth per day. I hope they will increase the capacity.

This is the best free website host and easy to use file hosting service that I saw. I suggest it to make the free account to upgrade the storage size and daily usage size.

I have been using ripway for my website for three months and would say that their free hosting service is excellent. This being my first website, the upload process was easy and without error. I had my web site up in hours, and all links work fine. I have many illustrations on my site, and the images load quickly, even for me, and I am still on dial-up. I will definitely consider ripway for the pay services should my site create interest from my targeted audience. This may take more time, and I am glad to be hosted by ripway during this test market phase of my website.

RipWay has provided me with the best service ever among all the other online free file storage places that I have tried before. RipWay has given me the opportunity to experience the best service. Maybe after this I will consider upgrading my subscription to the paid ones. Anyway, good, job RipWay, and keep on doing it!

I actually have no complaints about this website. I have not experienced downtime myself, but perhaps I am not online at my forums when this happens. I have and will continue to recommend this site for free image hosting services. The server seems fast and reliable. I have used the forums very little, but did not appreciate the spam. That is the only negative I can find with Ripway.

I just checked my download limit, and I got this message (see below). I do not understand what is happening here. This does not add up. Can anyone fix this? I would really appreciate it.
"Data Transfer (Downloads):
In the last 24 hours, you have used 2.44 MB (2%) of your daily download allowance. If downloads from your account over a 24 hour period exceeds your daily limit, public downloads from your account will be temporarily disabled."
...but...
"Downloads from your account have been temporarily locked. Our system has detected that downloads from your account over the last 24 hours have exceeded your daily download limit. Public downloads of your files are temporarily unavailable. As soon as your downloads for a 24-hour period drop below your daily limit, public access to your hosted files will be restored."
Maybe the bandwidth stats quoted in the control panel are not realtime (up-to-date), as the limiter is which disables the downloading ability.

I did love Ripway, but NOT anymore. The help forum is flooded with spam and "adult" links. I have had my account closed by Ripway twice in less than a month - the reason being that I had not logged in in the past 30 days. There must be a glitch somewhere. My last account that was deleted was deleted while I was actually logged-in. I was automatically logged-out, and when I tried to log in again, I got this message: "This account has expired or has been marked for removal. Reason for termination: Keyword - TOS. Please contact us if you wish to reactivate." I used my Ripway account to store my auction templates THAT I PAID FOR, so this really stinks.

It is quite good, but I still do not know how to make a "gif" file or how to make a slideshow using ripway. They could use some more tutorials for beginners.

I should think many people that sign up to sites like this do so for the purpose of uploading music videos for use on profile sites. As music videos average between 14 - 16mb in size, this free webhosting service is of no use for hosting music videos, and as I was given no choice but to accept some company sending me junk mail in order to complete the sign up process, this seems like a bit of a rip off. Please tell me how I can terminate this account.
