I've been with riverworld for a few months now, and they have been good and fair. You have to pay a setup fee of $5 to get an FTP account and things, but the web-based uploads are okay. You have to get points every month though - by putting specific ads on your site or doing something else. Support was fairly quick, and they fixed my problem straight away. I would recommend these guys for simple, small personal sites ^_^
