Your user name and password are given by them in the acceptance email with other useful info, such as how to FTP and upload files by FTP with your browser. Acceptance email took a couple days or so.
FTP seemed to have some problems. The default page was index.htm, which I deleted, and then uploaded index.html and an image. However the server didn't recognize index.html as a default index page, but then FTP wouldn't let me delete or rename my index.html file. SSI tested fine.
No adverts or advert code are added to your pages.
