Free hosting is "Temporaraly Paused due to high number of setups".

Well we have been having lots of customers lately. the error is normal; you just ignore it. please resignup as a £1 account but dont pay in paypal. we apolagize for this.

I tried to sign up and got to a screen that said I owed nothing now or later, but it kept rejecting me because of a bad PayPal link. Opened a trouble ticket with them but haven't heard back. As far as I can tell, there is no way to sign up for a free account. Hope they fix that soon.
