Most of their Acceptance Use Policy (which is abbreviated to 'PUA' for some weird reason) doesn't make sense...
3 - HostFree is not responsible for any worldly stop or block of the Internet, or even of its servers.
-- What does that mean? They aren't responsible for blocking the Internet??
6 - Clients' confidential information won't be divulged

8 - Te IDC (Internet Datacenter) availability will be 99,99% uptime, but this rate is not applicable to HostFree in relation to its clients and users.
-- In other words, their datacenter gives them 99.99% uptime, but they make the servers go down purposely (how else would you explain it?)
10 - HostFree cannot be sued, in no hypothesis, due to problems regarding free services.
-- "My FTP Doesn't work!! I'm gonna sue you!"... In no hypothesis??
And so on...

The language isnt also in spanish; it is in Brazilian. notice the Brazil flag on the bottom near the USA flag.

Hey guys, this is really the worst site I ever tried! After signing up, nothing happens and you will never have a clue what happened to your submitted info. Be careful of this site! IT'S NO GOOD!

Tried 3rd time for an account, but nothing happens after the form submit. Many strange fields on the form (all in spanish) and error messages (again in spanish, even on their english pages!) Stopped trying after that.

I got an error after signing up, but the report was in what I think is Spanish. And they have lots of abbrieviations for the signup fields, making it unclear as to what it's asking.
