They have a good system. They even give you cPanel access. I didn't have any problem with the sign up procedure.

After sign-up the order confirmation email from them said "order will not be ship only after payment is receive." ?? what payment if they said this is free 20MB website?? On top of that no detail of how to login, no detail on where your site is on the confirmation email. The only thing I notice is you had automatically subscript to their news letter!! So be carefull this is not a normal free webhost!!
