I got an almost immediate very friendly response and the help/support couldn't have been better for a newbie like me! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a friendly, personal, and non-intimidating venture into site building. I have been with them for about six months and have not had ANY problems at all. The features and speed are perfectly adequate for my purposes and I rate them well.

Good luck getting your site up on this one. The features are pretty average, but so far they only have 6 sites hosted, and the signup is through e-mail.
