The best host I've ever used..and it's not free any more. They said they will spend every penny they have to keep it free.... !!! You don't have to visit this site.

The uploading of files with ftp functioned and the Traffic limit is no longer 5000MB/Month. Thus I cannot further recommend it!
[Their home page says bandwidth limit is still 5 GB/month]

I have set up lots of sites, and there is no one service provider that is close to this one. This is without a doubt the best. I had a bit of trouble with the start up procedure, notably 530 errors, but that's probably down to me. Otherwise, this is easy to set up, easy to run, and the facilities (like PHP support, 50 MEGS, 100% up time) are just super super super. Of the hundreds of sites I have looked at, this is the best by far.

FTP and server were very fast. PHP Version 4.3.3 and Perl works (No SSI; SSI redirected to the home page). Your url is like http://you.webhostingpal.com. Signup was fast and easy, and FTP info is sent via email. No ads yet. Recommended!

WebHostingPal is superb, as far as I can see it. I have only been using this site for 2 hours now, but I already noticed that everything works great. Much better than with brinkster, geocities and all the others. Fast FTP, no ads/banners, no textlink, very much space. (Uploading a site, not just a simple one, is a matter of minutes). If nothing changes, I will stay here for ever.
