My free website account was set up instantly - in fact, as soon as I clicked the e-mail link. Their web hosting servers are fast, which is ideal for my forum. Highly recommended

When I tried to sign up for this host, I was turned down as I was apparently "too young for this service", which is a shame, as it looks like a great freehost. Another complaint about the registration form is that it asks for your address, which I am very wary about giving out. But aside from that, this free host service seems pretty good (I would not know for sure, as I can not access it). 150mb is quite a lot of free webspace, and 10gb of bandwidth is exceptional. One great aspect is that Xeepo only offers free hosting, so you will not get any e-mails telling you to upgrade to a Premium account.

Xeepo have provided me with top support for a freewebhosting service. I had a problem with one of my scripts not working, and some images not displaying. The support person went out of their way to correct my script and solve my images problem.

Their website template changed in the past few days, to a wild-looking purple octopus theme. You can FTP files or upload 5 files at once in the control panel file manager. PHP version 4.4.2 works, but phpinfo() is disabled. Your free subdomain URL looks like you.xeepo.com. The "WYSIWYG Edit" was the same as the basic edit button, and only lets you edit the html text in a narrow frame. Good free PHP hosting provider with 10GB bandwidth monthly allowed and 100mb free web space file storage, and the ads put on your free web pages are not real bad - a 468x60 Google advertisement at top of the webpage, and "This site hosted FREE by Xeepo!" textlink at the bottom.
