SSI and PHP Version 4.3.2 tested fine (I have the Intermediate plan; these are not available on the Express plan). Has 3 free hosting plans. The first has instant activation (20 MB, but not any special features). The other 2 require 10 or 50 visitors/day, but have several extra features, such as several self-installing scripts such as phpBB (similar to Fantastico).
