I am new to using the free homepage web hosting services. So far I have been quite happy with the service provided by ifastnet.com. I have not had a single problem with it. The best part is that there are no forced advertisements, and it supports very latest MySQL and PHP versions, so I do not have to bother about compatiablity of my PHP or SQL codes.

I have a Discuz forum hosted, and sometimes the web's speed is very slow, but the free hosting space (300mb) is big!

This web site offers free web hosting to individuals with a simple signup process: a username and password, email address and finally a code to stop spammers, and then you get 350mb of quality fast web space, plus a control panel in the form of zpanel. This provides useful tools like a file manager, a fantastico clone, and one mysql database. Email is NOT provided. The host will delete any new accounts failing to place an index.html page in the root of their web space within 7 days (the normal practice of most free hosts to remove unused accounts). The TOS are fair and reasonable. Recommended. No Perl.

IFastNet is a pretty good host, having an immediate signup. The single sql database was a worry at first, but it is ok now. The PHP and MySQL versions are really good.

The perfect free host -- it provides 350 mb free web space, 30 GB free monthly traffic, 1 sql database, PHP scripting support, 1 ftp account, no filesize limit, no filetype limit, no forum posting required, instant freehosting activation (for real), no forced ads on your website, no ads in your website control panel, and no ads anywhere! This is really incredible! I might put a 88x31 button on my free web site for this host just because they deserve this. You must try it just one time, and see what "free webhosting" really means. This is the perfect freehost server for a small/medium website business!

I was originally with geocities back in the late 1990's. I migrated to ghostshark.com and web1000 for brief periods of time, and then found byethost22.com. Byethost has been an acceptable freehost, but I was starting to get complaints about inaccessibility and I had trouble too accessing the webpages and frequent ftp disconnects. So I went looking for another free host that allows unlimited file sizes, legal mp3's, at least 100 MB of disk storage and 1 GB traffic monthly. Well, ifastnet.com fits this need quite nicely. I have 350 MB storage and unlimited bandwidth. I signed up on the web and was able to access the free website immediately. It FTP's immediately. FTP speeds are as fast as my upload speed is (about 450-460 kpbs)! I tested each web page created and legal mp3's I created, and all downloaded blazingly fast (up to 1.2 mbps). I haven't recieved a welcome e-mail from the free web hoster yet, but since I can do everything I need, that will be an afterthought. I am very happy with this web host so far!

Honestly my website is fast in paging and opens quickly. I reccomend this web site for all my friends. I used this web site for about 2 months, and it is wonderful. It is 90+% reliable, and the fastest webserver I have ever seen.

Amazing service! My one and only complaint is the 300mb of file storage diskspace, but for a free hosting service, I could not ask for any more. They also have really fast servers.

I had been meaning to move my advert-infested website for months now. I stumbled across free-webhosts.com about an hour ago and started going through them in rating-order. The iFastNet specs were right on the money (free, 50Mb+, no filesize/inactiviation limits) and reviews were consistantly raving. Zero activation time was a great first impression. As I type this freehosting review, cuteFTP is uploading my whole website effortlessly. I gave up trying to use their ZPanel to upload my web site; single-file uploads worked fine, but uploading archives and unzipping them did not work for me. I cannot comment on what my free website's uptime/availability will be like, but I am so impressed thus far that I am thinking of putting their logo on my website even though they do not enforce it.
