The free web site hosting plan is very attractive, but I do not know why my account's site went down 3 times in 2 weeks when other member's are not. My website contains no illegal contents, just an anime website! Cpanel seems good, but some options do not function properly, like disk usage -- it still shows 1.92 mb, but I already used about 40-50 mb.

IFastnet is in my experience a good, reliable free webspace host. I have been with them about a month, in which I have noticed no downtime whatsoever, and it has been at a very respectable speed. There were some slight problems when signing up (registration email was fairly late, and without it there is no contact address for the host), but were resolved by themselves in a couple of days. The 300mb storage space limit is plenty spacious for me, and the 3gb cap is comfortably large, though I can not find a way to monitor my usage. The interface is run by Zantastico and is very user-friendly, intuitive, and features various different forums, blog software, and CMS. It is a shame that there is only one SQL server allowed, but as a free host I am reccommending this to friends and clients.

Brilliant host! I have never experienced a better free hosting site. It is easy to use, and has free php and mysql database! what an absolute beauty! I had a few problems initially connecting to the ftp server, but once over that, no problems whatsoever! This web host has allowed me to set up a free website and made it even easier to get our messages and info out to people! Thanks, ifastnet.

IFastNet is very feature-rich for free hosting service: PHP, MySQL, with ftp access. Features missing are only logs and ssh access. No advertisment is required, but they would like to see their own banner (standard 468x60 or 100x100). Their home page says it is "banner free - No forced adverts". There are some size restrictions, too. The web hosting speed is reasonably fast.

This is one of the best free web hosting services I have ever come across. The webhosting server is very fast and installs all popular CMS systems, forums and blogs in minutes via Fantastico deployment. There is instant account creation. iFastNet is better than ANY other free web host site, plus its PHP and MySQL support is great!

At the time I wrote this review, this free web space host offers ALL of the most popular and practical features of the paid hosts (SQL, PHP, FTP, pre-installed scripts such as blogging software, CMS, etc.). This web host is the perfect and complete environment for helping the beginning webmaster to spread his wings before making that leap into the world of paid hosting. It has fast servers, no ads, 300MB storage space (for me at least), and the list just goes on. Unfortunately, I can not speak about the customer service, since I have never had to use it (which might be a good thing  ).In short: If I could rate this host a 20/10, I would.

I needed an ad-free host for our World Community Grid team, and after trying out a handfull of free web site hosts, ifast is the one we have settled on.
