I loved IFastNet so much that I decided to buy premium hosting from them, and that is GREAT too! No other free webspace provider is better!

This is a horrible web host. Ever since Bytehost (owner of this host) upgraded to Dual Core processor servers, the host has been horrible! It is slow and has a lot of downtime. You can see your yourself and sign up for it. I used to use this host, and it WAS great, but try it if you want.

It is nice that it is freewebhosting, but the connection is so slow, and I kept on getting connecting errors. I liked the CMS installer, but again with the speed I could not get the basics done.

[Review translated from Spanish:] Do not register in this host; it is a deceit. When you obtain a certain amount of visits, they will eliminate your free webspace account and they will redirect your URLs to a page full of ads that refreshes every few seconds to make tons of ad impressions. I say this from personal experience. If you want to, look up in google for ifastnet, and you will find many subdomains of ifastnet in which visits to them do the same thing. It takes much work to to get a webpage indexed in search engines and to obtain web traffic to your pages, but then this host (and the other Ifastnet and Byethost freehost clones) takes advantage of all that. This host is a FRAUD. Do not use it if you intend to get website traffic to your subdomain.

I love iFastNet hosting. It is 300 megabytes web space (which should be enough to store any normal website), and 30 GB monthly bandwidth is also more than enough for a free website. But what I love the most is that they offer PHP scripting, and they have many PHP/MySQL scripts that can be installed just by one click.

Registration for the site was absolutely simple. Using Zantastico to install Joomla for my web site was also incredibly easy, and I had a site up and running in no time. On the downside, using Joomla for my particular site turned out a bit slow for what I wanted to do. Fortunately I removed the Joomla install as easily as I added it, and now my web site loads fast and painlessly. Great service!

IFastNet provides a comprehensive service, it provides PHP, MySql, and ftp access. It is simple to set up and provides a simple usable URL (username.ifastnet.com). I have not used this service for very long, but the available space (300MB) and download limits (10GB) would not require me to change to a different web hosting provider soon. The only problem is that in the last week (since I signed up) they have not been very reliable at all, with about 50% downtime! I do not suppose that is very helpful. When it is online it is quite fast though, and I do not have any other problems. One feature that might help is some feedback on the administration site for failures in the php scripts on the site.

Ifastnet has a good server and good reliability. I have built up 3 web sites on this host over five months. The host supports PHP scripts well, but uploading files and webpage loading are slow, maybe because my location is in China. Up till now, I have still felt very good about this host and am hoping this host does better and better!

We found this site while looking for a backup to our paid hosted site which works very poorly. The speed with ifastnet is excellent, and we have yet to encounter any downtime. Uploading files is a cinch, either with our own ftp or by using the very comprehensive cpanel. If ifastnet had email service and a virtual domain capability, we'd gladly pay for it and move all of our website functions there. They are the best free website hoster we have found yet, bar none!
