"Host My File .info" offers free file hosting and imagehosting services with 150 MB of online disk space storage for storing your files and 10 GB of monthly bandwidth per free account (the bandwidth counter resets every 30 days). The maximum file size limit is 100 MB per file. Free registration is optional, and the activation email is sent instantly. You can use this service to upload small or large files such as photos and images for auctions and forums, audio/video files, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, etc. Directlinking (hotlinking) to files is allowed. Allowed file types are jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, txt, mp3, wmv, psd, avi, mpg, mpeg, wma. The uploading of copyrighted works is strictly forbidden. Inactive accounts will be deleted (after unspecified time limit). You can upload multiple files at once, and batch file uploading (by uploading a single Zip archive of your files) is available if you want to upload many files at once. This batch uploading files feature saves you the trouble of selecting each file individually. You need to check "Extract Zip files" on the upload form to tell the uploader to extract all the Zip files you will upload (otherwise it will be hosted as a single Zip file). The file uploader service is powered by the celerondude.com script. The public uploader (uploading files without registering) is enabled, but has more restrictions. You can anonymously upload jpeg, jpg, png, gif, bmp, mp3, txt, avi, wmv, mpg, mpeg, doc files up to 1 MB each, but these file uploads are put into a public gallery.

Top class free hosting service. I have been using hostmyfile for about 6 months, and I personally have not seen any downtime yet. It is easy to use, gives generous amount of free space and bandwith, has friendly staff, and best of all, is totally free file hosting service. Highly recommended!

Host My File is by far the greatest free file hosting service I have ever used, with its generous 150 MB of space per user and 10 GB worth of bandwidth. I found the site when I was searching for free file hosting sites that meet my needs better then the commonly used ones (imageshack, photobucket, etc.) and since finding it, I have not used any other. I would strongly recommend this free host site to any and every one.

hostmyfile is easy to use, consistently available, and provides a direct link to files, unlike some other free filehosting services which require downloads to go through a menu-driven interface which is a pain. With hostmyfile, all features are intuitive and make the web site a pleasure to use.

Hostmyfile.info offers a large storage and incredible bandwidth per person. Their uploading and linkcodes are very simple to use and allow for hot linking.
