"Host My File .info" offers free file hosting and imagehosting services with 150 MB of online disk space storage for storing your files and 10 GB of monthly bandwidth per free account (the bandwidth counter resets every 30 days). The maximum file size limit is 100 MB per file. Free registration is optional, and the activation email is sent instantly. You can use this service to upload small or large files such as photos and images for auctions and forums, audio/video files, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, etc. Directlinking (hotlinking) to files is allowed. Allowed file types are jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, txt, mp3, wmv, psd, avi, mpg, mpeg, wma. The uploading of copyrighted works is strictly forbidden. Inactive accounts will be deleted (after unspecified time limit). You can upload multiple files at once, and batch file uploading (by uploading a single Zip archive of your files) is available if you want to upload many files at once. This batch uploading files feature saves you the trouble of selecting each file individually. You need to check "Extract Zip files" on the upload form to tell the uploader to extract all the Zip files you will upload (otherwise it will be hosted as a single Zip file). The file uploader service is powered by the celerondude.com script. The public uploader (uploading files without registering) is enabled, but has more restrictions. You can anonymously upload jpeg, jpg, png, gif, bmp, mp3, txt, avi, wmv, mpg, mpeg, doc files up to 1 MB each, but these file uploads are put into a public gallery.

Extremely slow at uploading large files. I have been trying to upload a large zip file for about an hour now and it still has not uploaded; the page just drags.

I love the site. I just wish it could have a bit more free storage space instead of the 150MB for registered clients and 100MB for non-registered. Maybe bring the registered client ratio up to 200MB or 250MB? I have recommended this site to many friends already. Good job!

I love host my file! It is the best and is so easy to use. There are very few limitations, and you have have big files, small files, and files of all sorts of different types! I LOVE it!

The public uploader form does not even display to upload files, the registered version uploading form does not work either!

Took me forever to find a decent file sharing website without too many restrictions. This one is the best I've found. I love it.

This is an excellent free file hoster. Easy sign up, 150MB of file storing space for files, 100MB upload per file limit, 10GB/month bandwidth, and an indefinite time to host your uploaded files! You can't go wrong in choosing this one.

A cool site for hosting files free, Mp3 too. Negative aspects: None at all. Would I recommend it to my friends? my families? Yeah! I'd do that in a heartbeat. The file hostingserver has been reliable. Listening to music files hosted free is easy, thanks to this. Sometimes I am having difficulty with the download time, but I think it's my ISP connection that is having a problem. Anyway, I still like HOSTMYFILE better than other freefilehost sites. A-Okay, no complaint at all.

I've used HostMyFile for quite a while. They had some problems while they moved everything to a new server but they're so fast now! Highly recommended!
