Activation is instantly. However many PHP functions are disabled, they are: fsockopen, pfsockpen, getrusage, get_current_user, set_time_limit, getmyuid, getmypid, dl, leak, listen, chown, chgrp, realpath, tmpfile, link. My Gallery doesn't work with these php functions disabled.

Yes! Exactly what I am looking for! I wanted a website that had everything I need! Not only the fact they accept PHP and MySQL, they have a very good user enviornment and a good CPanel!
