"Electronic Files .net" offers free filehosting and free image hosting services with 5 GB storage area, 10 MB file size limits, and 5 GB/month bandwidth limitation. Registered users can upload these file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, bmp, txt, zip, rar, avi, mpg, mpeg, wmv, tar, pdf, mov, doc, rtf, pdf. Registration is required, but free, and hotlinking is allowed (direct linking the remotely hosted image files you uploaded). You can upload multiple files at a time, and choose to have the uploader automatically create tiny thumbnail images. ElectronicFiles is powered by Celerondude Uploaderv6.1 script on redundant servers. You can resize the image online after it is uploaded, delete it, or rename it. You can make your image file folders to be public or private access.

I registered with ElectronicFiles.net, and I was pleased. Activation email was sent quickly and activated instantly. good user interface for a user like me (hopeless!) and files download/upload quickly. Highly recommended, better than Freewebs.com.
