"Free File Storage .Net" is a free file hosting service that accepts all file types including but not limited to JPG, GIF, PSD, PNG, BMP, SWF, EXE, ZIP, and RAR. No registration is required. There is a maximum limit of 12MB per file. They will host your files until they are inactive for 30 days. Files cannot be hotlinked.

4! Why? Plus sides: It's the only site I've seen till now that takes .PSD files. Minus sides: If it is an image you might want people to be able to see it without downloading it, or like me: I was looking for some place that takes .PSD files so that I can use my animated Photoshop-picture as a forum signature. Therefore 4.
